1. What is the guarantee period on items supplied?

We guarantee our products for 8 years. For the clic-clac series, the clicker waste mechanism (the yellow spring) can be pressed more than 100,000 times without any damage.

2. How long from order to dispatch for items shown in the catalogue?

If you choose products from the catalogue, we can arrange for the production to commence almost immediately. For orders of less than 1,000 units we are able to dispatch within 10 days. We promise all our clients will receive the best service and a quick response.

3. Are orders dispatched via airmail or by ship?
